Jerome Simpson Suspended 3 Games

Wide receiver Jerome Simpson had one of the top highlights of the 2011 season.

Newly signed Minnesota Vikings wide out Jerome Simpson has been suspended for the first three games of the 2012 regular season, which shouldn’t come as a surprise when you cop plea deals to things like this:

Simpson pleaded guilty on March 1 to a felony charge stemming from his September arrest for getting about two pounds of marijuana shipped to his northern Kentucky home.

Simpson wound up being sentenced to only 15 days and jail and three years probation.
